Many examples of career development available.Position Overview:The Production Associate will help the production crew with the forging of steel billets into finished parts for the Heavy Equipment/Construction industries. Will work in a 4 person team to prep molds, heat material, cut to size, and forge using one of the 7 massive machines. This position requires the ability to work in a very hot, dirty, and physically demanding environment.
